  • Q: How can the freebie sites afford to send out free gifts?

    • A: Have a look at my How it Works page.

  • Q: You keep talking about referrals, what is a referral?

    • A: A referral is someone who signs up for you that then goes on to complete an offer.

  • Q: Are these gifts really free? What about shipping costs?

    • A: Yes. If you do a Free Offer like Intuit or Equifax, then you won't have to pay a Cent. Shipping is free also.

  • Q: Where do the Gifts come from?

    • A: Most gifts will come direct from companies like Apple or Amazon. This is good because your item will arrive with a receipt in case there is a problem with it and you need to send it back for repair. Bank transfers will go direct to your bank, Paypal money will go direct to your account and Amazon vouchers will be sent to you in an email, which will have the code in it that you need to enter in your amazon account.

  • Q: What offers do you think are the best ones to do?

    • A: There are free offers like Equifax and Intuit but you might prefer to do an offer which will be more useful for you. Please ensure that whatever offer you do, you read the offer specifications and complete it correctly.

  • Q: How long does it take to complete an offer?

    • A: This really depends which offer you do as some offers like Equifax will credit almost immediately but some offers will take up to a week. You don't have to wait though until your offer completes to start getting referrals, you can get them as soon as you sign up by using your unique referral link which you will find in your account.If your offer hasn't credited after 7 days, contact the support team using your account.

  • Q: Can you give me any help getting referrals?

    • A: There is a Forum called exceem which has members all over the world who are signed up to Free Gift websites. The forum is a great place to get more tips and help and find out the latest news from the Freebie site owners who are members there too.

  • Q: Once I get my free gift, can I get any more?

    • A: Yes, there is no limit on the amount of gifts you can get. When you get your first gift, any excess referrals will still be in your account to use for more gifts. Even better news is that you won't need to do any more offers.

  • Q: When I sign up, will my email get spammed?

    • A: No, you wont get any Spam from the freebie sites ot GrabaFreeGift.com. If you are worried about getting any Spam, why not create a new email account on a site like Hotmail or Yahoo and just use that email address to sign up.

  • Q: What information will the freebie site have about me?

    • A: The only information they have will be your name and address, which they will need to send you your gift and also your email address that you sign up with. They will have no finacial details about you unless you choose to have money as your gift, then they will need your Banks name, Sort Code and your account number. with this info, they can only pay money into your account, they can't withdraw anything. If you do an offer, the company you sign up for will need financial details.
